FAQ

Good questions, honest answers.

Who is Pilates good for?

Everybody. Club Pilates members range from teens to seniors. With nine signature class types and four different levels, there's a workout that will work for you.

Why should I try Pilates?

Pilates conditions the smaller muscles throughout the body so you can improve your balance, mobility, and stability while preventing injuries. It's a full-body, low-impact workout that builds core strength without overloading your joints.

What equipment will I use?

The Reformer is our primary apparatus — it uses your body weight, springs and straps to scale challenge up or down. You'll also meet the EXO-Chair, Bosu, Springboard and TRX.

How much does a membership cost?

Pricing varies by location. We offer 4-class, 8-class and unlimited memberships, plus a FREE Intro Class so you can try before you commit. Your studio will walk you through options after your first visit.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, form-fitting activewear you can move in. Grippy socks are required for hygiene and safety — we sell them at the studio if you don't have a pair.

How do I book?
